[ワシントン １３日 ロイター] - 米大統領経済諮問委員会（ＣＥＡ）のジャレッド・バーンスタイン委員長は１３日、ガソリン価格上昇時に安定した燃料供給を確保するため米エネルギー省が産油業者や精製業者と協議したと述べた。

記者団に対し「エネルギー省は、あらゆる問題を解決し、安定供給を確保するために産油業者や精製業者と連絡を取り合っている」と述べた。

エネルギー省は現時点でコメント要請に応じていない。

米労働省が１３日発表した８月の消費者物価指数（ＣＰＩ）は前月比で０．６％上昇し、昨年６月以来最大の伸びとなった。ガソリン価格が８月に入り高騰し、第３週にピークに達したことが背景。 もっと見る
